Our clips are hand-assembled and misalignment in the teeth is not considered a defect as long as they function properly.

Forcing the claw beyond its intended range or securing hair that's too thick may strain the hinge and lead to breakage.

Place in soft pouch or designated drawer to prevent scratches or pressure damage.
Cleaning
Wipe clean with a drop of liquid soap and non-abrasive cloth, ensure thorough drying after.
